Nutmeg has a sweet, warming, spicy aroma, Perfect for creating a festive atmospere. It is pale yellow to clear in colour and great for using in a diffuser to create a warming atmosphere in your home.
Add 1 drop each of Nutmeg and Cinnamon Leaf, with 3 drops of Mandarin to the water in an oil burner to create a wonderful, spicy room fragrance over the Festive season.
For a warming bath on a cold winter's night, blend 1 drop each of Nutmeg, Benzoin and Geranium in 10ml of Peach Kernel oil, add to the water and soak in it for 10 minutes.
Main Theraputic Properties: Analgesic, Antiseptic, Antispasmodic, Anti-inflammatory.
Contraindications: Avoid using with pethidine, an analgesic drug. Do not use at more than 2% dilution on the skin.
