An extra high potency Vitamin B-Complex to support normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

• Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 100mg,
• Niacin (Vitamin B3 as niacinamide) 100mg,
• Inositol 100mg,
• Choline (bitartrate) 41mg,
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 15mg,
• Thiamin (Vitamin B1 as thiamin mononitrate) 10mg,
• Vitamin B6 (pyroxidine hydrochloride) 10mg,
• Natural Source Powdered Herbal Base 13mg, (alfalfa [whole plant], acerola extract fruit], parsley [aerials], kelp, rose hips [fruit] and watercress [aerials]),
• Vitamin B12 (cobalamin prep) 25ug,
• Biotin (as prep) 25ug,
• Folic acid (as prep) 100ug.

 

Solgar Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamin C tablets are tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, cellulose gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, vegetable glycerin.

 

 

 

For adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
