Payment & Prices:

The price of the products will be the price displayed on the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include VAT , where applicable , but not the cost of delivery.

Payment is made by credit cards (displayed at the checkout) at the time we accept your order. Refunds shall be made by means of a credit to your credit/Debit card.

If there is an error on the product image / price, we shall cancel your order,and arrange for a refund. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

DELIVERY:

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. We will use other postal delivery or courier services if necessary.

You must make sure & take the responsibility to receive your parcel when it is delivered to you.

Under the applicable law relating to 'Selling on the net' we have 30 days to complete the order. However, in practice vast majority of orders are dispatched within 3 working days. (a working day is 09.00-17.30 UK time Monday to Friday excluding official holidays). The timing of arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carriers concerned.

Once an order is posted, it is up to the postal carriers to deliver to the customer on time. In certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, it is possible that an order will be delayed.

If your delivery does not arrive after 15 working days, please give us a call (tel: 020 9770 1156) or e-mail us on: thegoodlife@btconnect.com, This time is necessary because Royal Mail would not respond / consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. After this time we shall either repost your items or give you refund.

RETURN OF GOODS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Nutrisun.co.uk, 207 High Street , Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1JU , in their original packing and in their original condition.

Nutrisun.co.uk will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
