12 tablets provide +12.25ug of Biotin* (24.5% Reference Intake) *Contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.
Ingredients: Lactose (milk), gum arabic, biotin, calcium phosphate, potassium phosphate, iron phosphate.

Dosage: Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children to 12 yrs half dosage.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
